General regulations for pre booked diving packages, rental equipment, special trips and other services.
1. Pre booked diving packages and courses are personalized, therefore it is not possible to divide or transfer them, in whole or partial, to or between other travel participants.
2. A 100% refund of a pre booked diving package or course is only possible if you are not able to begin your trip to Egypt in the first place (e.g. due to severe sickness or accident).
3. In case you are not able to dive your complete pre booked package due to illness or other reasons, it is still cheaper to keep your package than if you had booked locally the same amount of dives. If it is a really severe desease or you can not dive any longer we definitely will find a solution in a personal talk. In this case we normally cancel the package on-site and take the transferred money as a deposit.
4. A medical statement is obligatory and you should bring it with you.
5. Presenting us your valid diving certification and logbook during check in are prerequisites for all diving activities (except beginner courses).
6. In case of severe violation to the general safety rules we reserve the right of an immediate exclusion from all further activities.
