The Blue Water Dive Resort is integrated in the Arabia Beach Hotel, the Arabella and the Bel Air Resort Hotel and is reachable in 3 to 4 minutes walking distance from these hotels.
The ones who do not like to walk can be picked up by the shuttle service of the diving center.
Of course, we also offer a free shuttle service to all other hotels in Hurghada with our minibuses.

WHAT TO FIND IN THE DIVING CENTER:
After the exciting dives of the day a cosy diversbar invites you to relax. You can recollect the adventures of the day while enjoying a "deco beer".
For your own needs or as presents for the ones left home our shop offers plenty of things from our Blue Water Collection, e.g. sweatshirts, T-Shirts, Zippo lighters, necklaces, base caps and many more.
W-LAN is now available at our new suite in the Diving Center area!
Get connected (during office hours) with your private laptop and send a quick email for the ones left home, check your email’s or just surf the net….
Our three Bauer KAP 15 E and NRC Nitrox compressors supply you with clean and fresh air. The 12 liter aluminum tanks with DIN valve are always ready for use.
For regulators with an INT-first stage DIN-adapters will be provided.
The well equipped workshop can handle smaller "equipment emergencies" and has power supply stations to charge underwater lamps.
Minor health problems like diarrhea and ear pain can be treated in the diving center’s pharmacy. More serious problems are treated in the El Salam Hospital belonging to the hotel.
According to the local regulations divers in the Red Sea have to fulfil the following conditions.
- present a valid diving certification
- present a logbook
- present a medical statement, not older than 2 years (according to the age of the diver – if you are aged 40+ the medical statement needs to be redone yearly)
- Holder of a valid diving accident insurance.
Check out if you are holding a valid diving accident insurance (provided by e.g. DAN or Aqamed). Once you are in Resort there will be the possibility to take out a limited insurance locally.
This insurance is provided by Hypermed, costs € 6,- and is valid for 4 weeks. It covers the first 3 treatments in the hyperbaric chamber and therewith almost 95 % of all diving accident treatments.
We nevertheless recommend taking out insurance with:

as they also offer special insurances only valid for holiday use. Check also with your local health insurance or your travel insurance, as they might take over the costs in case of diving accident.
In case of diving accident the closest hyperbaric chamber ( 3 chambers only 500m away ) is located in the Naval Hospital, unfortunately this chambers aren’t Hypermed members. The Hypermed chambers are also close by and can be reached within 10min., they are located close to the airport.
HOW TO PAY:
The payment can be settled in Euro cash (our preferred currency to not cause any extra fees). For sure we also accept US Dollar ($) and Egyptian Pound (LE).
Payment is possible with several credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club and AMEX). If you want to pay with your Maestro Card you need the PIN (technical problems may occur on payment with Maestro and therefore might be limited).
